1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über unseren Online-Shop that.mori durch Verbraucher nach § 13 BGB.
2. Vertragspartner
Der Kaufvertrag kommt zustande mit:

3. Vertragsschluss
Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung dar.
Mit dem Klick auf „Kaufen“ gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot ab. Die Bestätigung des Eingangs der Bestellung erfolgt per E-Mail. Ein Vertrag kommt erst zustande, wenn wir die Bestellung ausdrücklich annehmen oder die Ware versenden.
4. Preise und Versandkosten
Alle Preise sind Endpreise im Sinne von § 19 UStG (keine Umsatzsteuer). Versandkosten werden im Checkout angezeigt.
